SCD website updated

Hey everyone,

A number of changes have been made to the ShipDems website over the weekend.

The ShipDems logo at the top of the page has changed.
Check out the Photos section--it has been revamped and reorganized.
Photos of Obama in Harrisburg, Kerry in Carlisle, and the Democratic National Convention were uploaded.
Other misc changes.
